First of all the search option of Spares2Repair is superior to other spare suppliers. I managed to find a spare tray for a 10 yo non branded fridge. Whereas I am still waiting for a reply from the competition. Price was reasonable. I just stumbled on the check out process, but I blame that on using the site on my phone. Lucky there was a reminder email to follow up my check out basket and it was quickly rectified.
